Exchanges/Returns

We love our products and hope you do, too. Due to the consumable nature of our products, however, we do not offer returns or exchanges.  If there is a problem with your order or shipping (e.g. you received the wrong item or there was a spill) please let us know at info@boydsfarm.co and we’ll be happy to address the problem.

Shipping

We typically maintain a 1-day turnaround on most orders from the time they are placed. Please note, this means your order will be shipped the day after the order was placed. 

For International Orders:  Please allow up to 14 days (depending on shipping method chosen) for your order to arrive. Usually, it will arrive sooner, but customs do have the right to hold items and if this happens it is out of our hands. We do not pay for any international duties that customs may charge the recipient upon receiving goods.

Not Received or Damaged Order

Please contact us via Email through our Contact page to report non receipt or damage and we will send a replacement.  If the product is damaged during transit we may need photos to make a claim against our shipping insurance. 

We will do our best to work with you if confusions should arise from incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update.
